MARA DRAKKEN (Lundqvist)

Hello Everyone,

It’s been a hot minute since I have written a character astrology post. While editing book 2 yesterday, I thought it would be nice to post about one of the most important people in our main characters’ lives!

Meet Mara Drakken (Lundqvist)

MARA DRAKKEN (Lundqvist)

Mara is a go-getter and doesn’t mess around regarding her job. Communication and PR are her M.O., evidenced by what she has going on in that 3rd house! WOW! Much like her cousin, she rocks a lot of air sign energy!

Birthdate: 20th of October. Sun in Libra, Leo Rising, and Aries moon.

I don’t want to give a lot away about this fantastic character because that is for YOU to learn when you read the book! Let me say this, though: I would LOVE to have someone like her in my corner! She is very good at her job; if she cares about you, she will always have your back! She is a fighter and an AMAZING communicator! I would hire her in a New York minute! LOL

Speaking of communicators, her dominant planet is Mercury! Venus follows This closely (she is beautiful!) and then PLUTO! Wow! Her power shines through with this; in fact, she is the face and voice of our main characters when it comes to business dealings, public relations, planning etc.

Her dominant element is air, and cardinal is her dominant modality. This means she likes to “get shit done!” She doesn’t want to sit around and philosophise about stuff; she wants to get to the point and see things through to completion!

With the stelium in the 3rd house in Libra (3rd is Gemini’s home house!), it is no surprise that Libra is her dominant sign, followed by Scorpio and then Gemini.

A 3rd house Stellium will often speak of siblings impacting the lives of the chart owner. In Mara’s case, there are no siblings. HOWEVER, a specific Scorpio DOES fill the role of acting as her brother! He is the most dominant in her life, followed by other family members. They have a very interesting dynamic, for sure! Again, you will have to read the book to understand.

Mara also has a cardinal T-square aspect in her chart! (I, too, have a T-square, as does Rae, but ours are mutable.) This is the most dynamic and active of all of the T-squares. This will indicate that Mara has a lot of vitality, drive, and self-assertion! (ain’t that the truth! LOL) This shows she will thrive on excitement and challenge. This is also the most extroverted of the T-square modalities. Jupiter is the focal point of her T-square (the other planets involved are the moon and Pluto! WOW), and it tells us that Mara is always searching for greater meaning in life. She will naturally approach affairs from a philosophical point of view, especially with her everyday routine, health, and work, as her T-square includes the 6th, 3rd, and 9th houses, with Jupiter being in the 6th.

As her focal point, Jupiter also shows us that she will likely challenge current views on social morality, religious orthodoxy, and political theory. We see this in her choice of romantic partners (with much more in-depth info in book 3! 😱 Some surprises are coming!) Her T-square will challenge her to learn the lessons of benevolence, tolerance, acceptance, and charity. Her T-square can also show us that she can be headstrong and aggressive in pursuing her search for meaning. She can also tend to be impatient with social restrictions and will resist such limitations. It also shows that she can propel herself into the role of social leadership (YEP!)

That is just a tiny portion of her T-square; there is much more to it, but I don’t want this blog post to become a book in itself! LMAO! So, let’s move on to the last things that pop out in her chart for me: her Neptune placement and 7th house sign.

Mara’s Neptune is in the 5th house in Sagittarius at a Gemini degree. Her 7th house is in the sign of Aquarius. Neptune in the 5th house can be associated with a more fluid or open approach to love and relationships, potentially indicating a greater openness to exploring different aspects of sexuality, which could include same-sex attraction. Her Neptune is also trining the moon. The moon often can indicate women. Also, this aspect has a dreamy, surreal, or “foggy” and spiritual element. Mara needs someone with similar spiritual beliefs to share a deep spiritual bond. However, the influence of Neptune can sometimes lead to projecting fantasies onto partners or overlooking red flags, potentially causing disappointment when reality doesn’t match the ideal. Believe me when I say there is something to this, which you will find out later in Book 3!

With Aquarius as her 7th house, this signifies a strong desire for independent, equal, and intellectually stimulating partnerships, where both partners value personal freedom and space within the relationship, prioritizing intellectual connection over traditional romantic gestures; essentially seeking a partner who can be a friend and collaborator as much as a lover. Uranus and Saturn are the rulers of Aquarius. We look to see where these planets are in her chart to give us insight into her desires in personal relationships. Also, the sign of Aquarius on her 7th is very “think outside the box,” so she will naturally be attracted to unconventional relationships and those that society will deem “strange or weird.” She is not into the norm. A little house with a white picket fence and a minivan in the driveway with 2.5 children is so NOT in her future. LOL! Again, this is very obvious as you get to know her in the book!

So, there you have it! A little sneak peek into the life of Mara Drakken. I hope you have a fantastic weekend/week!

Until next time! May you always have sweet dreams!✨🌙✨
